By participating in online or in-person sessions, you acknowledge that various physical, mental, and emotional experiences may occur, including but not limited to increased energy, improved sleep, emotional release, or physical, mental and emotional discomfort. During the integration period following a session, you may experience shifts in physical sensations, emotions, or overall well-being. For the integration is recommended to have Epsom salt baths, go to nature, take some time off technology, to journal, ground yourself and have nutritious food, take care of hydration, to avoid stimulants, to get enough sleep etc.
